Determined CPA bringing more than twenty years of experience in the accounting field, Pamela Njemanze has a diverse background in auditing, accounting, and tax preparation. Pamela has been directing accounting systems for various small to medium sized businesses and non-profit organizations, including setting up administrative processes for new businesses, and reviewing efficiencies and internal control
policies for existing businesses. With advanced knowledge in QuickBooks, Pamela teaches clients how to use the software for maximum business impact. Pamela has the ability to quickly gain an understanding of clients’ needs and provide advice in offering cost effective solutions to clients’ problems.
Pamela has also taught government agencies and corporations in business topics and accounting software. Pamela has worked in various multi-cultural settings and worked abroad as well.
Pamela is currently working toward obtaining a QuickBooks certification. She currently serves clients in Northeastern, PA.
She serves on the Board of Association of Chartered Certified System Accountants (ACCSA), USA as the International President.
She also served her local community as a volunteer in a school and non-profit organization assisting with their financial reporting.
She continues to travel and is planning to start her own non-profit organization to assist with housing and other needs for refugee camps in Africa.

Adebayo Paul Adejola is a Professor of Accounting & Finance at Nasarawa State University, Keffi-Nigeria. He has multidisciplinary backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Finance, and Information Technology. He holds a B.Sc Degree in Accounting (Upper Class), M.Sc in Accounting & Finance, Master Class Certificate in Business Management & Leadership, Ph.D in Business Administration (Finance), Doctor of Business Administration (Finance & Accounting) and a PhD in Forensic Accounting & Audit.

Richard Ajayi, Ph.D.
Dr. Richard A. Ajayi earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Temple University. His research interests include international financial markets, international business finance, exchange risk management, emerging market issues, and econometrics of financial markets. He has published scholarly articles in the Journal of Financial Research, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Pacific Basin Finance Journal, Global Finance Journal, Applied Financial Economics, and many other prestigious journals.
He is an Associate Professor of Finance as the University of Central Florida, and an Honorary Distinguished International Faculty and Member of the Advisory Board at Alliance University, Bangalore, India. He is a consultant in international finance, especially on documentary credits, with clients including small, medium and large companies including Siemens Corporation. He also serves as a consultant and grant evaluator for Universities on International Business Grants.

Dr Friday Wada is a Financial Management analyst with over twenty years’ experience in Public Accounting, Auditing, Forensic Accounting and Budgeting. Dr Wada has previously worked as a Zonal Accountant and Chief Internal Auditor with the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation. He was also a pool accountant in the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation. While in government service, Dr Wada served as a consulting accountant to the Ministerial panel of inquiry into the Nigeria Hotels board (1999-2000). Dr Wada has also made a debut with the Integrated Public Sector Accounting Information Systems while working with the Louisiana State University Health Sciences in Baton Rouge, USA. In the last ten years, Dr Wada has been involved in Management Consulting Services across the Atlantic for corporate executives, financial managers, policy makers and Administrators. Dr Wada’s research interest is in the area of Forensic Accounting and Financial Cyber Crime. His work has been published in International journals and has made scholarly presentations at conferences. He is a recipient of the US IGERT/NSF Fellowship award. He is the President, Trans-Atlantic Management Consultants. His academic and research engagements in Nigeria has taken him to Federal University Wukari, Taraba State where he worked as a senior lecturer in Accounting. He also worked as the Director, Centre for Financial and Accounting Research (CEFAR) at the Nigerian college of Accountancy Jos Plateau State. He moved thereafter to Nasarawa State University as a senior lecturer in Accounting and Director, Institute of Governance and Development Studies of the University. Dr Wada is also the principal partner of F.Josiah Wada & Co. (Accounting firm) serving private and public company clients either as accounting consultants or external auditors. The firm’s services include: Setting up accounting systems for start-up clients, accounting manual preparation, financial statements preparation, financial planning, auditing, Payroll, Cash Management, Budgeting, corporate income tax returns, risk assessment and expatriate quota processing. Dr Wada is also a registered agent with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. He was until recently the Senior Auditor, Southeastern Louisiana University Hammond, Louisiana and currently a visiting professor, Barney School of Business University of Hartford Connecticut, United States.
Qualification: Friday Wada has a Ph.D in Public policy ( Finance) and a Master’s degree in Business administration (MBA) from Southern University and A &M College Baton Rouge, LA USA. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University Leicester, United Kingdom; Bachelor of Science Degree and Diploma in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
